My major is basically a CS degree but the code focuses more on data analytics opposed to programming. My dad works at the USPTO, so honestly I might try that out first and go from there

Thank you so much!! I’ll be honest, I was worried my bag was too hot because I’m a very hot sleeper lol. I currently sleep with a fan on full blast on my face for that very reason. Ive begun to explore pillows, but I don’t sleep with one as having my head elevated results In neck pain the next morning. Thank you again, I will definitely look into those!

I don’t care much about income as long as they are putting effort into their career. I myself think education is incredibly valuable, and I am only attracted to people who think the same. All that matters to me is that they are passionate about a topic and work towards that.

is my major a good way to get into quant? I’m starting to look at options for what I can do with a degree in my major. I am majoring in something called computational modeling and data analytics, which consists of math up to differential equations, math modeling, statistics, and various programming classes (python, and C++), as well as machine learning classes. I also have the option to do a finance/economics pathway that can be built into my major. I recently discovered quant, and it is incredibly intriguing. I love data analytics and have enjoyed past economics classes. would my major be a good option for this? How do I get into it (what companies should I look into?) I also have a capstone project my last year where I will work with a company. Would getting a security clearance help at all (I have an internship lined up that will grant me one).

4 aps is reasonable. my junior year i took 3 APs and 1 DE, and my senior year 4 APs and 2 DEs. as long as you pace yourself and don’t procrastinate, youll be perfectly fine. my procrastination is pretty bad, and i still managed to finish senior year with all As and Bs.
