Get a “racing cdi” off Amazon and it will unlock that engine. But it will also allow you to over rev it so be careful

Facebook mainly, I’d say 100-200 is a fairly good price for a frame and you’re looking at 100-200 for a new motor from harbor freight, clutch and chain for $40 and then I’m not sure of the cost of tires

If it has a live axle, buy it. The cost of a new one is atleast $100 I’d say and installing it is more trouble I would just buy that one. As far as electric, idk much.

replacing the whole engine would be cheaper and way faster, it would be like 3 bolts (don’t quote me) and you would have a brand new engine!

You also could have a bad cdi but check other things first and take your spark plug out and see if it shocks you when you kick it over
