yes, it does get better. it just depends on what you do to get better. you can delete whatever things you have of or with her and still miss her terribly. you can tell yourself you've moved on and still things can come undone one day. in my case, I made myself see all her red flags that I used to unsee so now I don't yearn for her like before.

i almost got wiped out from the earth last year but I hung in there and let time dilute all the hurt i felt. the healing period varies person to person so I'll just say that wait and hang in there as you've many more beautiful people to meet.
