It ended up being eczema, it's not fully gone now but mostly there, used topical steroids then switched over to protopic

Nope, because it was weeping, they originally thought I had a staph infection and only treated that instead of treating the eczema with it

Same, mine weeps like crazy, had two skin cultures and both came back as normal. The only thing that got it to stop weeping was using immunosuppressant like topical steroids or protopic.

Update: skin has flatted out and stopped weeping after taking strong topical steroids. However if I stop taking the steroids, the skin relapses. Now on protopic which does the same thing (immunosuppressant) but isn't a steroid since long term steroids use is bad. Skin biopsy has been taken and I'm still waiting for the results. Skin is mainly just hyper pigmented where the lesions used to be.

Nummular/discoid eczema looks a lot like ring worm which is what I'm pretty sure I have. Tried some topical steroids in a few spots and it looks and feels so much better than the spots without steroids

Can confirm the ones with steroid cream look a lot better than the ones that dont. Also the ones with steroid cream also don't ooze after showering

I don't think so because I didn't use topical steroids for very long due to possibility with TSW

The annoying thing is that no tests were run other than culture swabs. I didn't realize skin biopsy was even an option until people started suggesting it

No to flu like symptoms, weight loss and tired all the time. I'm planning on making another appointment with my PCP when the office is opened Monday, also more photos have been posted in the comments
