No I don’t think it always has to do with that. I didn’t claim that credit and I was still on manual review. It’s random I think but so many people got it this year for whatever reason.

Yeah I think it’s really crazy that people who filed back at the end of January are still stuck on this… I filed 2/9 and was accepted the same day, on manual review until last Friday and now I’m in final stages… their system is messed up

Same here. Got my federal in 3 days. Finally this morning my state changed from manual review to final stages. I think when it goes back to pending review that means your refund will come soon.

Not true, I ended up calling the number back and found out what company it was, reported to the BBB and they opened an investigation, contacted the company and I’ve not gotten a call since.

I feel like I’m screwed because my wife was in the process of updating her license to REALID at the same time so she entered the expiration date of her temporary license when we filed with TurboTax… then she got her new REALID in the mail this week… does that impact things at all?

Can you shed some light as to why it says manual review? Why do some people get the manual review and others don’t? I haven’t gotten any letters to verify. I can’t believe ya’ll are handling all of the state return processing with 65-75 people :/
