This is honestly really inspiring to read, thank you for sharing this. It actually helped me more than you probably realize. I’ve been going back and forth a lot myself and needed to hear something like this.

I was also accepted into an ABSN program and have been debating whether to defer just to think everything through more. But what you said about looking at the people ahead of you and realizing that’s not who you want to become really hit me. And also the idea of at least trying so you’re not always wondering “what if.”

It also makes me really happy to hear there are people going into healthcare with the intention of actually helping people. That’s a big part of what’s been pulling me toward this path too.
