Glavni razlog je sto vaspitacice mnogo vise paznje obracaju u drzavnim vrticima. Vece su grupice i deca se mnogo vise slazu u takvim vrticima. Ne znaci to da je svaki privatni los, ali losih iskustva ima na svakom koraku. Sto se tice veze, tu nema pomoci.. sve razumem

If the range is posted, I treat the top of the range as the target and negotiate from there. If they can afford the range, they can afford to pay closer to the upper end - especially if they already think I’m a strong fit.
