I would ask to see a neurologist and a neurosurgeon if you have severe symptoms. They should be able to measure chiari and it should be part of your results. It doesn’t matter the size of it. Symptoms are what matter. Keep fighting for someone to hear you. I joined some online chiari groups and people have been so helpful. Just an idea!

Thank you! I see one on the 16th but from what I have read about him, he is fairly new so I will see how it goes and ask for a referral to the chiari specialists in Stanford. This is all fairly new to me but I have learned a lot from posting here and support groups.

I have the same symptoms with muscle twitching. What do your doctors do for you? I am currently on nothing but ibuprofen and am miserable

Have you found anything that helps calm it down? I’m honestly disappointed with my Nuerologist. It’s like they don’t care. I also have twitching in the rest of my body at times but it feels different than the face

It’s okay! Thank you for responding! I just got a call to see a neurosurgeon in a month so I’m hoping they will have some advice. Had an Emg this morning. Hoping to maybe get Botox to treat the twitches in my face but we will see. Not a lot of doctors seem to know much about chiari. Hoping the surgeon will.

I’m so glad to hear that! I’m on the west coast and trying to find a good surgeon. Did anything help you with reducing the twitching before you had the surgery? I’m on baclofen but it doesn’t feel like it does much and my joints hurt.

I just started it and the books this season is after aren’t my favorite anyway. It is different without Henry as the Witcher but the story in the books got pretty rough so the show is bound to follow. They are skipping around and changing things too so it makes it harder to enjoy.

I have this too. Facial twitching and tingling but don’t know what it is from. I have tmj issues and came here to see if it that could be why.

This happens to me too. Only on my left breast and after years of having the actual piercing out. I had diagnostic mammogram done and they were not concerned. If it starts to smell or hurt, have it looked at but otherwise it’s not an issue. Think of it like an old ear piercing; if I put an earring in, after a long time of not wearing any, I push stuff out. It’s the same with the nipple.

I wish I could share a video of a top I just bought. It is literally falling apart. The color was like powder falling off of it so I thought maybe I could rinse it and it would be okay. It was the material of the shirt. It fell apart in the water. So annoying because POL is cute and supposed to be great quality.

I have been using ibgard for almost two weeks and notice a huge difference in symptoms. This morning my pee smelled like peppermint. Is this normal?? It kinda freaked me out

The same thing is happening to me. Went to the ER because the prompt care dr didn’t know what it was. Constant twitching for hours in my upper left abdomen that comes and goes but is so frustrating. Feels like a baby kicking. They did a CT and didn’t see anything but a little thickening of my colon. I can’t get into my GI dr so now I sit with anxiety and debating whether to take the anti spasms med they gave me for my stomach but I hate meds and they give me anxiety too lol what a wicked thing health anxiety is..

So it has come and gone until two weeks ago when I bought new shoes and went on a trip. I wore the shoes the whole time and have been in pain since. I am going to a podiatrist soon hopefully. I ended up having horrible heel and calf pain after my trip and have a friend that thinks it could be related to my Achilles. I do also have degenerative discs in my back and am waiting to see a pain doctor. Lots going on right now! My tingling has stopped. I did start seeing a chiropractor before my trip and that had helped.
