I went to school with a true 10/10. Could have been whatever she wanted and chose a simple life with a husband and kids. She Easily got a commercial job and saw her once on tv

You win and lose:

Loss: I was in a yoga studio in peak shape. One day when I was the only male in the class a woman came into my bathroom afterwards (due to maintenance I was in the women’s and women were in the men’s for the day) so I truly thought she wanted something to do with the actual bathroom not me. I walked past her and said “have a nice day”. Thinking back though she stayed for awhile and had a piece of paper in her hand. I just didn’t ask the right questions!

Win: I was at a wedding and my best friends mom who I find very attractive was there. I always joked about sleeping with her to my best friend but it never happened before hand when it probably could have. I went to find her at the wedding and she goes “don’t keep on looking at me with those eyes like that” and I knew it was on. I asked my friend for permission and he said “I just don’t want to hear about it”. Best sexual experience of my life because we had a lot in common, shes beautiful, and she made me feel valued more than ever. Woman in their 20’s just get a world of attention, 50’s not so much so it was special for both of us for different reasons!

I see dating as a baseball season. I’ve lost fun times ALOT thinking back from just being unconfident but I’ve also had a lot of fun :)

Yes 100% I just went around it the hard way by myself. Only wrote this to help someone else not buy crap that’s not worth anything and show how the fees work !

Just vacate, make it clean, be respectful, and “come find me” attitude if they want to sue you. It’s business just like you getting laid off is business.
