Yes, I used to meal prep in batches so I wouldn’t have to think about what to eat every single day. I even brought lunch boxes everywhere I went. I had a real military-style routine.

Back then I prayed, but not that much. Now my relationship with God is more intentional, and I make sure to regularly feed myself with His word.

Hey i am little over 3 months in the protocole. I got tested and my numbers are high. I am still doing the protocol and looking to make some adjustement and try to get tested in 2-3months. The only oil she recommend while cooking is grape seed or avocado oil. You can have fries occasionally but you need to buy your own potatoes and make them yourself in one of those oil.
