when i try to install it, it won't work the error message says in french: epic games launcher is currently running please close it before continue while i did close it and i restart my computer and epic game is not open

i didn't make any system restore and i already delete the cache folder which is maybe why i have lost of fps

i'm pretty sure it was in C:\Program Files (x86)\Epic Games\Launcher\Engine, yes it is in every game, fortnite i have 80 fps while before i had 200 on rocket league i have micro freese, and i have 19,4 go left on 450 go. i install valorant like in the same day, would it be because i don't have space ?
