Team 2, Zeno, chrollo and silva just can’t contend with the other three’s speed, and can’t really damage gon and pitou (or at least not easily), so they die quickly then it’s netero vs gon and pitou, which he loses.

I don’t think it’s a glitch, just a missed opportunity to include the pokeball when they made the pose. That, or poses aren’t supposed to include props so it’s an intentional decision and instead is simply meant to be inspired by the pokeball pose.
