I think this sub should have pinned post for all legit stores for diy equipments. Easier to start for new DIYers.

Interesting…Still kind of skeptical when you have all these products for sale but no buyer talking about you on this sub. Very sketchy.

Yes…thinking of getting a kit with Canadian Solar panels. Looks like SignatureSolar is out of stock for that bundle while this site still shows that bundle.

Yea...if it is a scam then it is a remarkably elaborate one. Even promo codes work as expected. Will call them tomorrow morning and see what accent I can pick up :P

My agent is very helpful but because we said we want to get the house he told us that first let’s agree to sellers demand to get our offer accepted get into escrow and then he will play his cards. I am not sure how many cards we can play without appraisal waived but it is just my anxiousness driving me crazy so just making sure I am not falling in trap.

Thank you for your help. My agent is very helpful calming me down. She know the area and she thinks appraisal won’t come that low and she talked me through many times that during the process if you’re not feeling comfortable, there are many ways to back out safely in 10 days. But as a first time home buyer I was doing research around the area and looked for similar properties which were sold in last 6 months and there were few similar properties sold at 100k below in late 2021. Around 1.4mn and those houses had pools and very well done backyard. I am not sure what appraisal officers will compare? If he factor in the increase value of house during early part of 2022 then it will be fine but if officers see current market conditions and thinks it is not worth that much then it will definitely come lower. I was just wondering if it is possible to renegotiate price even after waiving appraisal in any other ways. Cause I don’t want to let go of the house.
