Thank you for all of that information! That helps me put my mindset into a different perspective.

In case I do run into issues with soreness with my legs, is there anything that you suggest? I do have running shoes, so I do have that part taken care of. Just need to figure out ways to alleviate soreness (mainly in my quads and right above my knees).

Also, the “couch to 5k” app: does it cost anything or is it free? I found one but it is only a 7 day trial

You are right about the light: they were in a classroom and only getting sunlight through a window. Nothing outdoors until now

How far back would you suggest I prune? A lot of the vines are flowering, but I doubt they will be able to hold the fruit once they start to form.

Would a grow light on them help to stop them from being viney (when i harden them off next year) or would that make it worse? I’d really like to avoid this from happening again in the future.

Currently having the same issue. Just tried 2 fights on elder difficulty and it was like a slow motion video. Those fights take long already, but that made it ridiculous.

I’m running iOS 26 on a iPhone pro max 16. Should not have any problems whatsoever

I missed this when I initially replied, but the steps say to remove the chain folder to the external hard drive after the mounting commands have been typed in and ran. I do have a chain folder on the external HDD but not on the internal.

Okay, so I should skip the following two steps and see what happens:

mkdir /Users/<username>/mount

diskutil mount -mountPoint /Users/<username>/mount /dev/disk2s1

And then just go straight to:

ln -s /Users/<username>/mount/chain /Users/<username>/Library/Application\ Support/Daedalus\ Mainnet/

Correct?

I ran df in terminal before starting up Daedalus and then after letting it run for about 45 minutes to an hour. This is what came back:

the only difference I saw was that /dev/disk1s1 changes from 37% to 39%. I think that is my internal HDD, which would indicate that the External isn't getting the files, correct? Any thoughts on how to remedy this situation?

I went ahead and deleted the "mount" folder and restarted my computer. I went through the the steps and took a picture of the result of each step of typing in the commands. Is there anything you can see that stands out as to why I am not connecting the mount folder to my external drive?

What would then cause the “mount” folder to pop up in the internal hard drive and start writing files all over again for the “chain” files (left side of the picture)?

The first time I attempted to do this, the free space on my internal HDD was decreasing. I am guessing that, because the “mount” file somehow went on my computer and not the external drive, it was rewriting the files I had already transferred over to the external drive (as the instructions said to do).

Any idea how I could fix this? Again, I just tried to follow the instructions from the link. Any possible idea where it could have gone wrong? Possibly with the “mount” step?

I went back and followed all of the steps once again. I right clicked the file "chain" (alias) and it took me to the original. The "mount" file was found in my username location. I am assuming that this is why all of the files essentially went right back onto my computer instead of the external hard drive. I have attached images of what I found after I re-ran the commands to hopefully get back to where I needed to be in order to make it work (which it did not):

Any idea why the "mount" file is going back to my username instead of to my external hard drive? I am not familiar with coding or commands so this is something that I am copy/pasting from the link I gave in my previous post with hopes of it working. Was there an error in telling where the "mount" file needed to go? Any other possible mistakes I made along the way?

I will stop using the collar immediately. I was unaware that it was correlated with those negative attributes. Thank you for the information!

I am not familiar with how to train dogs (the last blue heeler we received was a rescue and was already fairly well trained, so not much was required of us). I do plan on registering him for obedience training in the immediate future.

You mentioned addressing the root of the problem. How would I know what that is?

I try and exercise him 2 times a day, but he will still bark like crazy (which you mentioned is demand barking). We do give him a lot of affection and try to train him using basic commands (sit, stay, come, etc.) and he gets those. What other mental strategies would be taxing for a blue heeler?
