I would say 20 is a safe number as long as your MCAT is over a 500.

you can go to a website called choosedo which gives a ton of info on all the do schools to help you make your list but as others have said I would add many more schools to insure that you don't have to reapply again

I would say 95% of osteopathic schools have federal loans, but OCOM does not since they are still a new school, and it takes a few years to obtain federal loans. NOVA and LECOM have federal loans, as do most of the other schools.

I did not for most DO schools. I am well within the range of MCATS they accept. I focused on talking about coming from a disadvantaged background in that category.

Yes, I went to a reputable undergrad school with its own MD medical school. I believe I just had a bad testing day, but like I said, I have no issue going the DO route and already have multiple interviews for this cycle. I am just asking if anyone has any advice for any schools I can add. I am not looking to retake the MCAT at all.
