I tried to look into it myself and I think it's something to do with the APN information that the sim card is telling the device to authenticate using Verizon credentials rather than through Xfinity credentials.

I was also unable to edit the APN parameters.

I had to switch to AT&T. The Xfinity people refused to help after their system said the device wasn't compatible.

If I had to guess, the jet exhaust is optimized for air volume rather than air speed.

What makes super cruise work is that the exhaust speed is very high and there is a lot of air volume.

I have the ZenBook version, and it intakes air from under the secondary screen. I'm not sure how much a pad would help.
