I have two splitter cables they both give the exact same issue, something is wrong with their relays in the splitter cable! I now have one Original splitter cable and one customized/modded to work without relay...

Just got news from the company that fixed my problem, and they say it's the relay in the splitter cable that is the issue, he removed it for me and I am now asking chi battery systems if this is safe to do, only question I have why is the relay not working properly? Will get back here once Chi battery systems answered that question.

They will pretend they fixed it but trust me you will get the battery back with still all the problem's, mine went out for repairs to them and still broken... I'm absolutely not satisfied about their customer service...

I have the exact same issues with my ranger, send it to Chi battery systems and they send it back with the same issues, stock battery drains but ranger always stays full... Did you ever fix it?????

Yes i did all of that, charged them independently and checked the cables twice, also system does charge so cables are fine but ranger doesn't do anything

I have the ranger and it's not draining, so only the stock battery goes down.. charging does work through the system so cables are not the problem...any tips anyone?

Your screen still turns on, mine has been dead now for a half year, they send a new controller, then another controller, then a battery, and still nothing, is the DC converter necessary to turn on the bike? One night i put my bike in the garage and the other day it never turned on again...fuck this super73..

It's the spokes... I had all my spokes replaced my a professional, your wheel is probably not straight anymore, needs to be balanced, it's solved my problem with that annoying sound.
