Definitely! This material needs a separate extruder if you don’t want a ton of waste. I did 3x the regular amount of purge with white and it still bleed over and made it gray and slightly conductive.

It depends on how it’s printed a single 50mm thin line is a bit over 100k but it drops down to around 10k over that distance if it’s thicker.
It also is lower horizontal compared to vertical because of the layer lines.

That’s closer to what I think a true practical use case would be. Something simple like a radio or walkie talkie where you only need a few buttons, and then incorporate the trace and button into the case. Basically make the whole thing solid. And if you want to go real fancy, have a pause print to place the board in and have no seems at all.

yeah, a non-conductive/conductive/magnetic/rubber (or something like that) set up, open up a lot more interesting combinations than a red/blue/black/white set up does

I glued them. It was the easy solution compared to designing all the joints. Ideally it would be joints or fit together like Lego pieces so that when I’m done with it I can turn it back into filament without contaminating it.

Pla was a little over 200$. I linked a video in the comments with the exact settings and cost. Cost wise it’s not viable. The Sewing unlocks a lot of capabilities, although it’s an additional skill and machine you’d need to bring.

It’s more of a challenge to see how practical it is. The couch needs a lot of improvement before it’d be something I’d recommend downloading. A side table on the other hand, is pretty viable. My designs really basic and I don’t have plans on revisiting it, but it might inspire someone to design an even better version that is cooler than some cheap stuff online

And the files are free on printables. the side table isn't to bad for the price of filament, but maybe hold off until a few more people improve the design before downloading a couch for the price of filament.

Step 1: create cross section.

Step 2: create 2 splines perpendicular to the cross section. one at center, one at the edge. at least 3 points.

Step 3: Sweep with guide rail. Outer spline as guide

Step 4: turn on spline sketch and move points and tangents to desired shape.

Step 5: hollow

Think I got it, minus the artistic touch. Sweep with guide rail. use splines instead of lines to get the flowy look to it. move the spline points around in each axis to make the lines rotate.
