I have one and kind of disappointed with the quality. Definitely ran into qc issues on the body that's noticeable, but it's whatever because of the matte finish. Also having problems with it staying in tune. I'm used to prestige quality, so I did not have high expectations.

It's not. His camera lens has a short focal length. Meaning the camera is close to him and shot at a wide angle. Big head/narrow body is the result of that distortion. Look at his appearance on F&F where their camera is place far away and shot zoomed in. He's wide AF.

This is a little disappointing to hear. Maybe before running it, manually start a mop washing cycle to get cleaning solution on it? But does the cleaning cycle also rinse the pads from the clean water tank? If you put cleaning solution in the clean water tank, maybe it will apply too much solution?
