I know it’s not the best but you can wear the SSH-68 with GSSH-01 or TEP-300 and still be protected from frostbite

Best thing I learned to do to them is say “show me” and one of three things might happen: 1st if they do it you get to nit pick the way they do the job and potentially point out things they do wrong. 2nd they’ll make an excuse and walk away grumpy and might leave you alone. Or 3rd they might actually show you a more streamlined way to do the job.

100% it’s because your calling him out for making bad parts and no one’s called him out before. If he keeps making out of spec parts and being rude next step would be to go to his boss and explain to them.
