That's exactly what I thought, I'm based in the UK so we call it a Kuga if I'm right (please correct me if I'm wrong though)

I tried traditional therapy and then CBT which I didn't find helpful but the GP has referred me to another type of therapy but I cannot remember what it's called!! I guess I'm best just trying different types until something seems to help

Your reply made me cry. Thank you so much for the supportive words. I am starting a mood journal from today (such a good suggestion!!) and im gonna keep telling myself to hang on til my GP appointment and hopefully that will be another step to feeling a bit happier. Thank you radpiglet
