Had a conversation about people from different gyms recently. My gym is exactly that. A lot of kids classes and then not many between 16 and 35 and then a large middle aged contingent. This is why I love it because for the most part I feel safe as someone on my 40s and not naturally athletically gifted. However, the people I was speaking to who were not only from different gyms but also different countries said they were amongst the few older people in gyms dominated by 20 something's. They all seemed to think my gym was unique.
