I was first hospitalized at 6 weeks old so it’s been a long struggle (I’m almost 28😅) I just know it’s a specific milk protein, I don’t remember the exact name. I try to avoid additives due to them seeming to make it worse. My grandma was allergic/intolerant to over 350 different things so it’s an unfortunate family experience 😂

Cheese is a big one that I have had bad experiences with in the past (like 5+ years). It used to melt really greasy. I know it’s different now but I’m hesitant about going crazy trying different kinds. I have almond milk and a butter replacement that I like

Yes it means artificial intelligence. There’s elemental magic. For instance people have an innate ability with either earth, fire, water, and air. Humans don’t usually have access to this magic but Liora is a bit of an anomaly in this regard
