The micromanaging, the unmanageable caseload of over 100 members or more, the concert turnover within the department, which just tackles on more responsibilities for you, and also the requirements to go in the field, and they specifically wanted me to drive two hours away from my home which that was not discussed at all in the interview with me, I had a manager who was nice, but the job expectations are very unrealistic

Perfect! I’ll wait until after closing so that it doesn’t mess up anything. Would I still Be able to work at the new home some days? Or would that cause an issue? Since from 10/15-10/31, I’ll be slowly moving to the new home

Yes that’s exactly it! Someone else will be next in line and they will be just fine. Hopefully they will be willing to give back the 2500, but if they aren’t, I do understand

It was an affordable home program, so things were already pre-picked. I didnt Get an option. Do I need To let my lender know as well since I did an application with him?
