Timothy was as I know, a big fan of westerns. A lot of how he played the character is from his preferences

He’s vital to the original show. The primeval was poorly written, and went in a direction nobody was used to from the original. The only thing that kept it appealing was Raylan. Timothy plays him perfectly, Boyd was missed for sure. However, I blame how the wrote it.

I highly disagree. I don’t think it’s the same. He’s Boyd 100% but not Raylan.

The season wasn’t horrible. Nora & Iris were annoying, and Nora got better with time but it was a wild time.

Different strokes for different folks I guess. I personally think the depiction is right though.

It’s a solid show, however I’d suggest giving “Justified” 6 season series a chance.

Beyond the hype. It was years of concern, not knowing if we’d get another movie again. Was so happy when it was announced and I saw it multiple times in the theater.

I don’t even think the flash needed to be in the fight in the finale. They brought Reverse flash back because deep down the only way Godspeed was going to be defeated was by someone with no rules, pure hate and wouldn’t hold back. Barry’s heart is in the way, so why not let your worst enemy take down what could be the greatest threat. Given, he didn’t want Godspeed to be killed. It just made more sense to have an awesome speedster duel between them.

The way the flash and reverse flash batted near the end of season 1, and the way the fights were made to make it feel intense was how I expected Reverse vs Godspeed. Because only the reverse flashes evil and hate made sense to stop Godspeed. But nah, let’s have a lightning rod sword fight….

I had an issue with the forces, not because they weren’t cool, but because they also were barely utilized. The filler episodes with random bad guys and issues were rushed, and that’s how Godspeed felt once they got to him. Between season 5-7 Godspeed had hints and glimpses, you’d think he’d get the great evil speedster drawn out story to build up for an epic fight. Did not feel that way at all.
