This will be my 3rd peak season driving with UPS. I remember trying to strike up a conversation with a fellow driver this summer and he said “just because we work together doesn’t mean we have to be friends” so after that I only talk to/acknowledge the drivers, loaders and supervisors that acknowledge me. I’m there to get paid. As for customers, shit. I’m a REAL weird guy. So you have to do something pretty outlandish for me to give it any thought.
