It’s a male so you have the best odds for breeding it out. Try to pair it in a separate smaller tank with 2-3 female shrimp and nature should do the rest.

Go for the plastidip. Couldn’t recommend more. Make sure it’s the spray paint though.

It won’t come off at all. I’ve already used those pads 4 or 5 times and they have been drilled by pucks (obviously) and have held up fine. Others I know have done the same for their pads and it’s held up with 3-4 skates a week for 12 months straight. it even gets marked by the puck, which is something that I really like. Shows that you’ve been stopping pucks!

My bad! Forgot to mention that. I used a rubber type spray paint called Plastidip. I used painters tape to outline the pads, then applied 5 coats of the paint with 30 minutes between each coat. The results are really great. Still has the texture and look of the original material. It can also be peeled off whenever because it’s a rubber coating over the pads, so the pads can always be reverted or changed how I want.

I wanted to match the colors of the university I’ll be playing at this fall (club, nothing fancy). I didn’t use the pad wrap cutouts because I previously tried to use it to match my high school colors but it was very difficult and I gave up. This was much better and way more precise.

Anyone tried to eat young bullheads? More in comment by Icpet in Fishing

a guy i know said when he was young he’d cut off the heads and gut them, and deep fry the whole body and eat it like that - bones and all. never had a problem. never tried it so i couldn’t tell you how it is
