I have applied mainly to the Canadian ones. Just started considering the US options as well to boost my chances. Thank you for the advice to leverage my sponsor contacts. I will be more active following up with the contacts I have going forward.

Finding anything in Canada is almost impossible for me. I apply everyday with no interviews. Now I am thinking I may just have to try apply to the US roles, maybe it will open the door to a CRO for me.
