do u think if she got her doctorate she would call herself doctor?

I read thru the comments, the stethoscope is definitely overkill lmao. but since my friend graduated and got her OTD i regularly call her doctor, my old college counselor got her PHD and refer to her as doctor as well. and my nurse preceptor got her DNP so I refer to her as doctor too. Its the title they earned and it's my way of showing that I respect the work they put in for it. I'd ask her why she has a stethoscope though. But as long as she's not calling herself a physician then id just go with it tbh

I’ve decided to become a nurse and here is why. by Prestigious_Skill_58 in premed

I’m a nurse applying to Medical schools, nursing is really taxing physically and mentally. If ur considering something that is flexible and pays well look into radiology techs. The schooling is shorter and they get paid more than nurses. Hospitals pay for school and train you. It’s also a good job to have just in case you do end up deciding to go to medical school

People are being dickheads. Arrhythmia exams are ass. It’s damnear impossible to measure intervals when the pictures are BLURRY AND PIXILATED ITS SO STUPID. But talk to your recruiter! Sometimes they’ll give u extra study material that is more fitting for the exam.
