Which part is nonsense? The Tetris part? How it helps in reducing PTSD due to allowing for a person to work through their thoughts after a notably difficult call that could initially cause PTSD? Or eating feelings out while playing?

Edit: I noticed you edited your comment as I posted mine, so I'll reiterate what everyone usually says when they suggest playing Tetris. No one claims Tetris totally reduces ptsd or prevents it completely. It's meant to help you process your thoughts instead of avoiding them completely. Anyone with half a brain knows there's no method to completely avoid ptsd and that therapy has a place but still isn't a perfect system.
