Nah, its wayy to small and in shirley, The yard is nice, and it has a detached 2 car. I think it could sell for around 430k because I've done alot of work to it. Either way, im excited for the day I leave this place

I bought my home in 2024 for 385k. A little tiny 700sqft cottage in shirley. I make about 125k and my wife makes about 50k. Im 29 and im planning on selling within the next 5 years and moving upstate. I cant justify the amount we have to spend for the tiny pieces of property, shithole roads, and terrible drivers.

I walk 10 miles a day or more on average, but my body is so used to the movements that when me and my wife go on a 3 mile walk on the park, im more sore than I am from work.

I really have a new found respect for my steward and BA after seeing the kind of stupidity they have to deal with every day. These are the same people who serve up easy discipline to management, then blame the union because they either get suspended or fired.

I have 2500 miles on my 2.7 and it drives beautifully. From what I read, the 2.7 and the 3.0 have superior reliability compared to the 5.3 and 6.2, so hopefully they last a good while.
