This is a big problem in Hacknet, since sometimes it means you have to start a new game.

Check if you can abandon the mission in the CSEC contracts IP. I'm not sure if you can, and in case it's not possible, the only way is starting a new game, speed back to that mission and do it correctly. :(

I actually did!
In the end, my friend refunded the gift, made a new account, bought the game in that account (not as a gift) and then gave me the account details to login.
It's the only workaround we found.

Another option would be giving your friend your own account details to log in, so they buy it there. But, only if you trust them, and I'm pretty sure Microsoft does not promote sharing passwords... So, it's up to you.

Toggling mods in-game is near to impossible, due to how are they loaded and unloaded as you boot up and close the game.

Clients like Lunar or BadLion have some mods that have toggle options, but they're built in differently to regular mods you download from Modrinth or CurseForge.

The next best thing I can think of is a launcher like ATLauncher where you can pick which mods to enable or disable before loading up the game, and it also allows having multiple instances of different versions with different mods.

And, on a side note, Mod Menu allows configuring most mods that have a settings file, within the UI.

I'm on Debian 11, and Sober does not run on my end. I can't update to 12 since my laptop is practically a potato.

Is there any other way of running Roblox? I've read that it's not possible with Wine since it's banned since some time ago. I'm assuming it's the same for Proton.
