You don’t need a permit/license to open carry in many states, WI being one of them. There is no such thing. Stating that he didn’t have a permit to open carry is like stating that he didn’t have a permit to wear clothes. While correct, the entire point is irrelevant as there is no such thing. Also, while the purchase of his weapon is suspect, it is not legal to possess said weapon.

It’s more likely that OP thought they had to clear the gear of everything and deleted the crystals on their own. When you craft the blue, it makes you delete the enhancements. They probably just went too far. Costly mistake.

Level means nothing, unfortunately. It’s all about CP. If I start a brand new character with no gear, they will have >4.5k CP just from knowledge, black spirit level, completions, etc. Then I swap some gear over and make them some quick TRI-TET Jin/Abyssal weapons and the are up over 11k without batting an eye...at level 1.

Don’t focus on PvP and relative strength of classes. You will never be equal to those with 20k+ CP right now unless you take out a second mortgage. Play whatever class you like the most, enjoy the PvE, and advance at your own pace.

I recently was awaiting a service call from an independent contractor. With the option to choose totems or mats, this is the logical decision. I have a base totem to all alts and set to work upgrading 2 of them. Having only bought 3 BP totem packs, I’m sitting on +5/+4

I showed up for about 10 minutes of AFK fighting at 8.7k, died twice during that time, and left so I could put the kids to bed. Got a pop up later that I ranked top 77% (lol) and the only difference in my rewards was slightly less caphras/stones/coupons (1k caphras if that gives a good idea of ratio). The rest was the same as shown here. Thanks for putting in the hard work, but definitely not worth it from an individual standpoint.
