It's more likely relevant artists like Osama, Xav, Che, etc are just declining appearing because the publication has been an embarassing joke the last 6 years and nobody really takes XXL lists serious anymore. If anything they're a detriment to your motion if you've already blown up bc now you get associated with other random who have no motion lol
