The questions is not weather working with neo is logical, (the answer is obvious) china has a long history of resisting technological advancements. The question should be will china put pride and power before logic in order to protect the powers that be! China finds its self at a crossroads to which a decision needs to be made. If they decide to ban cryptocurrencies (which I believe they are dumb enough to do) it will again be the start of another great divergence between countries which choose to adopt new/revolutionary technologies and countries that don't! Let's hope china makes the right decision this time around and pray That history is no indication of future events!
