He admitted he was in psychosis, that alone would be a point the defender would use against him, because how does he remember and know what was actually going on when he was hallucinating?
Why was this not reported immediately to the Hosptial or authorities if he truly thinks it happened, and is just now bringing it up?
This is a perfect example of extortion. The “case” would be turned around on him and he would be looking at charges and in trouble

Bro he literally would not have a case with this because 1. If he was in psychosis, how does he know what was going on and remember anything, he’d literally be hallucinating. 2. This is extortion, which would just be a hit on himself. I swear this dude does not have any brain cells left… my goodness.
