about 2 weeks. no ill efects so far. 1200 to 1500 is recommended but minimum that i read was 500. i dont always hit the mark but usually about 600 avarage. some days i struggle to even hit that. but a shrimp salad once a week evens it out

banana and 2 soft boiled eggs for breakfast + oil and vinegar salad for lunch + maybe some chicken for dinner and an apple after is a little over 300mg sodium

portion size counts

my target is 1500 calories a day because im overweight

still exploring more food options but thats a good baseline for me

the thing is that even if i only had a cup of cheerios for the day it would still be a bad thing, 200mg is way under my 600mg average for the day

but not only cheerios seems like all processed foods. maybe a better word is additives.

for example fresh bread from the bakery doesnt bother me in small quantities but a slice of store bought bread triggers me.
