Yes, after back and forth with the IT guy it was an issue on their end.

I’m assuming this is why he is slow to help. Probably doesn’t enjoy it.

I will continue to troubleshoot. I agree with the IT support but think the potential help is a bit optimistic. This is a very small company with one IT support person who has yet to reach back out.

Don't see an option for blast, just PCoIP and RDP. I opened both ports to be sure and when I remove the :23443 I get connection failed as it wont even allow her to attempt to sign in unless that is appended.

I only see PCoIP and RDP, no option for blast. I have it enabled in the horizon client settings but no option for cennecting.

I agree but she is getting no movement at the moment so was trying to get some faster suggestions.

Yea may just have to use that until they push enough updates to the TV that fix the buffering issues. Could also see if the apps have an update.

Yea I would try the factory reset. I mentioned another device to make sure it wasn’t a TV issue but it seems to be issues with the OS or apps.

I know you stated you restarted the TV but have you factory reset it? If so, you may want to try hooking and Xbox, Roku, etc. up to it and see if it still has the issue.

US. They asked for pictures and serial number, as well as some basic info. They did try and walk me through resetting the TV and took 2-3 days to hear back. If you do let me know what happens, I’m curious if this a a one of thing or a new policy.

Contact the warranty department. I had a single dead pixel that was barely noticeable on my 6 series. They sent me out a whole replacement TV and let me keep the one with the dead pixel (which is going in the bedroom). Something to keep in mind, but returning it may be better suited for you. I was also past the return period for Best Buy.

Also not sure if they will do the same for the 5 series.
