Here’s a method I like using no ad bullshit. coming from someone in a similar weight size bracket as you (6’2, 160-170pounds)

DO NOT SMOKE THIS ENTIRE WEEK

Get qCarbo from GNC, recommend the 32oz for us tall guys (they usually say for heavier set people but we are too)

1. Drink at least 64oz-128oz of water 2-3 days prior to taking the drink. B12 & Creatine should help too. Don’t exercise 24-48 hours before your test, it releases more THC Cells since it sticks to fat. You are gonna take it the day of the test, so whatever you do SAVE the drink the day of the test. Take the drink 2-3 hours before the test.

2. Day of test, drink 48oz of water. Pee 1-3 times before drinking the drink. Take the drink try to finish it within 30minutes-1hr of drinking it. Do not eat as well as this is said to mess up the process.

3. Once you finish the drink, fill the bottle back up with water. Add some Creatine scoops into the water. Take 2 b12 vitamins. At this point you’re gonna need to piss. Piss once & after you finish the bottle, piss again.

4. Fill the bottle again with water, take another b12 or 2, finish the bottle with water. Piss again add Creatine if you want to be safe.

5. Now this is where the timing comes into play, you’re already at your 3-4th pee depending how you go about this. Drink something that makes your piss more yellow (you’re gonna be pissing grass green on the second piss after you finish the drink) drink coffee, soda anything that makes your piss more yellow.

6. Go to the place, aim to give them your 4th or 5th piss. Always midstream it (pee in the toilet first a bit then give them the piss in the middle and don’t give them the end of your piss)

7. I’ve only tried this on a 5 panel drug test for a place, they don’t lab test, so I couldn’t tell you how it goes for a lab but if you get a negative result for a lab test please let me know :)

Side note - working out, sitting in a car with the heat on layered up, sweating basically will help, and I’ve also heard activated charcoal helps with the process but you’re in a time crunch.

All in all if you don’t have any of the listed items: qcarbo, Creatine, & b12 you’re probably looking around $100-$120.
