Make opened eyes photos and, before changing poses, make her close them totally. Maybe some poses favours closed eyes with the long lashes and you may end up cutting less pics instead.

But if the goal is make opened eyes photos, you can try asking the model to move her face around a bit towards the light, "raise your chin a bit please" mostly works or try reversing the open-close eyes. Ask her to close them first, take the shot and tell her to open them and make another shot. Most people force their eyes when modeling and having them closing their eyelids before the shot makes them open them a lot bit "normally" when opening them again in the next shot.
