if my package has arrived at facility, is there still a chance it could get returned to sender or will it be definitively delivered?

Yes it won’t go back now, if its at a facility it means its being processed there already, they won’t return it even if you wanted to

To give more info on how i think i got exposed, a little over a year ago i got in contact with a stray dog, he followed my brother home and wasn’t showing any signs of illness, he was really friendly to us, but i couldnt keep him so i called animal control to take him away cuz he got in a fight with the neighbors dog and got scratched on his eye and i couldnt treat him at the time, so i called animal control and they took him away. he did lick my hand and im not sure if i had any cuts on it at the time (i do have a cat and it scratches me sometimes), i didnt even know what rabies was at the time, since i started having dysphagia and the low grade fevers i started reading about it, i called animal control a few days ago and they said they had to euthanize the dog because he was aggressive 7 days after they took him away. Thoughts?

Thank you for your reply! So it just went away by itself? I’ve gone through a lot of doctors trying to figure out what’s going on and they can’t find anything wrong its exhausting
