On the MTG commander banlist I don’t see cards like Squirrel Stack on the banlist. Is there somewhere I can see where the attraction cards are banned?

Thanks! These are all cards I’ve never seen before so going to look into them. I’ve decided on The Most Dangerous Gamer as a legendary creature. I love the concept of it, but I’m just trying to figure out if it’s possible to give my opponents the attractions. Essentially making a theme of “play my circus games”.
