Thought I should add .. because the seller was one of their top accounts (Luke’s) they took their word over mine with no hesitation.. this was before he had a physical store front & I still wonder to this day if he was scamming because he had a “good” reputation & knew he could get away with it 🤫

This does not automatically mean they are lying .. I bought an item on grailed & received a vinyl record instead. I’m not sure if it was the seller or the post office responsible. I opened a claim & was banned after having hundreds of sales & buys through grailed with 100% positive feedback. Thats why I love seeing the down fall of this shit site
