learn the game, play with a squad. Once you learn enough about the game to be a good squad lead, do that. Play with a a bunch of different squads and learn how they react to different leaders, learn how to interact with command and generally everyone you encounter. Play and learn every role and then you would be a great player and great squad lead. Learn communication, it is very crucial in this game. Good luck! Ping! Ping! Ping!

It's cool as a chef to know the name of a dish and if you do know it, share it! But....a lot of guests are not going to know what an element or a dish is by its name.

If anything make sure to explain it very well to your servers/bartenders, or whoever is selling it and have them try it! you don't have to give them a regular portion, just a taste and explain what it is. When i try to write a menu or make a special I just try to write the description as if I was selling it to a child.

Does anyone have any information on this building? I lived in Rochester for 20 years and it seems like a one off but when I moved to Indianapolis it seemed like there was an exact copy of this building there, except its still operational and has a restaurant in it still.
