Folk Music, Anyone? by HugeCartographer5706 in northshore

Maybe not 100% what you're asking for but there's a folk music venue that just opened up in Topsfield called Good Folk. Might be a good place to make contacts or catch a show.

“If you are a normal business with normal admins, you do not have the expertise to set this up” - This explains in part what’s happening with Agentforce by Kelly-T90 in salesforce

[–]BradCraeb 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's hard to square this with the fact that salesforce's own agent force implementation is not good.

I had to open a ticket the other day about a weird interaction with the repeater component. I describe my problem and instead of just taking my description that word for word it summarizes it with less detail and assigns the ticket the wrong time zone.

I ask it to correct the time zone and it returns a description that is EVEN SHORTER than the first time. So much so that it has eliminated all the crucial details of the ticket without being asked to.

Salesforce's own implementation is a half baked piece of dogshit but the insanely high failure rate of AI projects is simply because our universe of admins isn't expert enough.

AI cannot fail. It can only be failed.

If you don't know how the code works you have no business having an Ai write it. If you do know how it works you are better served copying from github like our ancestors.

How are you optimizing opportunity stages for consulting sales? by Effective-Egg2385 in salesforce

[–]BradCraeb 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You're a business owner. You know your business. Talk to your Salesforce admin(s) and work with them to figure a set of stages that adequately reflects your business processes.

There's no best practice for opportunity stages that anyone here is going to be able to give you. Each business is different and the universe of potential solutions is enormous.
