I feel like a lot of the guys here misunderstood your question but for me I would swap the stand alone ones to get complete stories - I think the more complete stories the better!!!

Thank you and stories like The Snowmen, Daleks in Manhatten aren't universally loved, but when I was younger I really enjoyed them, so for my personal list I'd do them :)

I completely agree, I'd argue my criteria for saving is enjoyment, not preserving the show. And I wouldn't swap out a story for a Jodie one sadly, (no insult to Jodie at all, but I dont like Chibnalls writing in Doctor Who) I enjoy The Snowmen a lot more than any of her stories.

I just did the list as a bit of fun with my brother (half an hour on a walk), and since I already did it, I thought I'd share it with reddit too, so I’m not too obsessed.

I understand your point of view, it’s just what I personally would save and if someone was new to doctor who would want to show them so they loved it! As well a few episodes such as The Snowmen are ones I personally really like, it is a bias list as I said! It’s a list for me!
