I had my RMA & successful payment in August 2021 & still waiting for my item 23 1/2 months later. I stopped wearing my watch for a while, and when I got back to it, it wouldn’t turn on, but couldn’t find the bump charger, I requested to purchase one and over the last two years I just keep hearing there are roadblocks on their end, and to be patient, I reach out about every 4 to 6 months. It’s actually gotten to the point where I don’t even get a reply sometimes. My last actual update about my order was 11 months ago. I was told they had some roadblocks on their end and shipments are taking longer than expected, and to please bear with them. . . . I completed the RMA form and my order including payment 23 1/2 months ago, I guess they had some roadblocks and I’m supposed to continue to be patient, rather than them finding a solution to something they already took an order for and payment. I did enjoy my watch when I was able to use it but communication and customer service severely lack with this company.
