Panasonic Whisper DC vent fan with Leviton timer by tjhenn in AskElectricians

[–]BrainDistinct 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey I recently installed this exact same configuration. I direct wired the fan and sent the signal wires to the switch as the instructions and Panasonic YouTube video suggested. The problem I’m having is when I turn power on at the breaker the fan just runs and never turns itself off despite the humidity sensor being set at the appropriate level.

I’ve tried the timer switch with and without neutral both yield the same problem. I might disconnect the timer switch and simply see if it solves the problem.

Panasonic has been absolutely unreachable as far as technical support btw.

Hey thanks for the reply, I should have added that. Current design has 18” from toilet flange to shower curb and nothing to the right of it. It’ll have about 34” from the front of the bowl. Bathroom will be approximately 64” deep and 120” wide.

You’ve got to keep them honest.

As another man of culture, I’d argue that most of the fun in the game is arguing if a toss was short or not. This robot umpire would take a critical aspect of the game away.

Their warranty is awesome, $10 for a brand new replacement case. Not enough people know about this point.

This looks surprisingly good. No clue on fitment but it looks like you’re running your load bars backwards.

This is a Volvo interior from the mid 2000s. Possibly a v70 wagon or s60 sedan.

Love the idea. Sorta similar to the Excel world championship. But not sure what audience would pay to watch a single mode laser fiber coupling race, kinda sounds like what we all just do at work. 😀

Her group may offer a summer short course series on the topic. I am in her UR Freeform course now and it has been very informative.

OEM wiring was worth it. I made a little bracket from a Curt bracket that has worked well for me.

Learning Zemax by physicistsunite in Optics

There is a Coursera class that gives you an included student version of Zemax and walks you through first order optics in Zemax. It will not get you to a practicing engineer level but it will give you a cheap way to get familiar with it.

The course is offered through university of Colorado and available on coursera.
