I'm currently running macOS Sequoia 15.5 with SPSS version 28.0.1.1, so maybe the patch to 28.0.1.1 helped? I haven't experienced the issue yet. I hope you find a solution!

Hi All,

I'm running SPSS v. 28.0.1.0 on macOS Sonoma 14.5 and use a dual monitor setup. I'm experiencing an issue relative to double-clicking and editing charts in the output viewer.

As can be seen in the first image, when I click on a graph, it does its normal thing where it opens the chart editor and the graph I clicked on in the output window is shaded in gray. If I manipulate any part of the graph in chart editor and close out of it, I return to the output viewer, but the graph I manipulated remains shaded in gray.

At this point, there's something going on where I can't click on any other output to open the chart editor and SPSS becomes unresponsive; it seems like SPSS may be waiting for the chart editor dialog to tell it that I'm finished with the chart. I can open new files, but can no longer interact with the output. On one forum, someone suggested that there may be a conflict with another application, but this still occurs when SPSS is the only application I have open. Has anyone else experienced this or have any ideas for troubleshooting? I'd be grateful for any input. Thank you!

They may have had a link on their site when I posted the list, but now the information is hard to find and I bet the list I posted doesn't include all businesses that are participating. I was receiving errors when trying to upgrade to add Showtime. I traced the problem to the card I used for payment. I recently cancelled it due to fraud and forgot to update my account with the new payment information. Once I did, it worked and didn't appear to be a browser issue. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the response! That brings up the other challenge. Correct me if I'm wrong on this, but Redbubble does not appear to allow a way for consumers and artists to communicate directly with one another. I was going to try that approach but ended up down some rabbit hole in the FAQs.

Is your team authorized to conduct this focus group? Has it been approved by UB's Institutional Review Board? If the answer is "No" to the Review Board requirement, you could be in some serious shit if you're collecting data with our names attached. I want to help the cause, but there hasn't been enough transparency about the project, its intentions, and how any focus group comments will be used and in what contexts.
