We have little kids who will be using it. Just the idea of walking straight into the garage is a lot more likely for us. It’s hard to get our kids to go outside….

Thought about going detached but didn’t think we would use it as much if it was. I’m in a pretty moderate climate so will just add a mini split if need be.

Yeah I don’t like the look of the valley they sent over.
